COFCO Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd. and Schneider Electric SA signed the strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai on May 21, 2013.
According to the agreement, the two parties will enhance cooperation in new electric automation technologies of grain and oil processing, R&D of new products and information system development of grain storage and logistics.
The cooperation will strengthen COFCO Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd. in processing engineering and technology and the role as general contractor. And Schneider Electric SA can also bring its advantages in technology and solution to better play.
