On June 20, 2012, China Agri-Industries Holdings Limited, one of COFCO Corporation's subsidiary listed in Hong Kong, won the Outstanding Performance Award for 2012 issued by Corporate Governance Asia, the top magzine on corporate governance of Asia. Mr. Frank Ning, non-executive director of China Agri-Industries Holdings Limited, won the title of the Best Board Director of Asia for the year.
Winning these awards means recognition of work made by China Agri-Industries Holdings Limited in corporate governance, social responsibilities, business ethics, information discloure, investor relations, environmental protection and financial performance and of contribution made by Mr. Frank Ning in corporate governance and maximization of shareholders' interests.
