COFCO held its first high-level strategic research conference on April 22-25.
Those in attendance engaged in frank and open, direct, practical,innovative and effective discussions concerning the industry strategy, regional strategy, organizational strategy, financial strategy, standards and evaluation for management personnel, competition strategy for business units and the mission and vision for enterprises. The conference included action study and group discussions aimed at providing the framework for an approach to the next step in adjusting COFCO's overall strategy.
All COFCO executives, heads of main business units and functional departments and executives and heads of key business units of the China Native and Animal Byproducts Corp. participated in the conference.
